We've got a wonderful variety of delicious dishes to choose from at Backwater Jack's but today we're focusing on a small food that packs BIG flavor - shrimp! It's a very popular item to order at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant and we offer it in a wide variety of ways.
Raw Deal Thursdays
One of the most popular days of the week around here is Raw Deal Thursday. It's not because everyone is trying to get an early start on the weekend (although a lot of them are!) but rather because every Thursday Backwater Jack's offers amazing deals on shrimp, oysters, and wings! You also get $1 off canned beers to wash it all down with and amazing live music to listen to while you dine!
Shrimp on the Menus
In addition to the Raw Deal Thursday shrimp, our restaurant menu and the menu at the Sushi & Asian Grill down by the pool offer quite a few savory shrimp dishes 7 days a week.
Jack's Baked Seafood Nachos
A pile of tortilla chips topped with tomatoes, black olives, and onions, then smothered in shredded cheddar jack cheese and baked. The seafood version comes with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. (Chicken or veggie nachos are also available.)
Jack's Seafood Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla shell is stuffed with black olives, tomatoes, red and green onions, shredded cheddar jack cheese, shrimp, scallops, and crab, then grilled. We serve it with sour cream and salsa. (Chicken and veggie quesadillas are also available.)
Jack's Seafood Florentine Pasta
Grilled shrimp, bay scallops, crab meat, and roasted garlic served over fettuccine noodles with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.
West Key's Boiled Shrimp
Succulent shrimp boiled in Cajun spices, chilled and served with fresh-cut lemon and cocktail sauce.
