You can book both floors and have the entire house to yourself or rent the upper or lower levels individually.   The Entire Cozy House If you choose to book the entire house, it can accommodate up to 16 guests and you have both levels for a private getaway for you and the family or a bunch of friends. Our waterfront bar & restaurant is currently on a winter break (but we'll be back again and ready to party in spring 2019!) Even so, you can still be close to Backwater Jack's any time fo the year when you stay in our Lake of the Ozarks vacation rental house ! There's plenty of room to bring along a few friends, plus 3 options to choose from depending on the size of your group.  THE COZY HOUSE When you choose to rent both floors of the Cozy House during your vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks , you'll be just 100 feet away from Backwater Jack's. The entire house can accommodate up to 16 people.
