Fall has arrived but our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant is far from done for the season! The weather is still pleasant enough to do most of the same things you enjoyed all summer long, and it will be late in December before we're ready to take a break. Here are 7 reasons you've still gotta get back to Backwater Jack's , and the sooner, the better!  That Cool Heated Pool The best lakeside pool & swim-up bar at the Lake of the Ozarks is still open for the season! Since it's heated, we can keep it at a comfortable 83° so that even if the air's a bit cool, you can still "chill out" in our awesome pool. Of course, you don't have to get in the water to enjoy lounging poolside and simply soaking up the relaxing vibe. If you do want to swim, come in soon. Summer may be rapidly winding down at the Lake, but that doesn't mean we aren't still in for some wonderful times! The Lake of the Ozarks is known for being an ideal summer vacation destination, but it can be equally wonderful in the fall. The sun and the air carry a distinct, crisp coolness that bring promises of a wonderful new season.
