People LOVE Backwater Jack's! Take a Look...

A lot of seasonal venues in the lake area have closed for the season, but not your favorite waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks! You can still get back to Backwater Jack's 7 days a week this fall, and it's every bit as wonderful now as it is in the summer. (Usually a little bit quieter, but still just as fun!)

"Stumbled upon this place while passing through for the day and happened to get the crab leg special. Really quite good crab legs for a great price. The atmosphere here is great, with lots of decks, overlooks, swim up bars, seating both indoor and out. You could easily waste an entire day here that's for sure. We had a really good time."

"Great Lunch by Boat - What a fun and tasty lunch at Backwater Jacks. We headed there by boat and found them tucked in calm water in a cove. We simply tied up the boat and headed to the main floor and were quickly seated outside for water viewing while we ate. We went with a cheeseburger with broccoli and a black bean burger with a side of glazed sugar peas. Both burgers tasted great. The generous portion of steamed broccoli was topped off with a seasoned butter. The sugar peas glazing captured the great flavor. Being off-season, the lunch was peaceful and beautiful in the backwater that afternoon!"
