You can always expect to find the best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks when you come to Backwater Jack's, and this Memorial Day Weekend takes those expectations to the next level! Check out who is gracing our great big outdoor stage this holiday weekend.
Rockin' Pool Party
If you like great music, awesome drinks, pool time, and floating with rubber duckies, then you don't want to miss our Zero Ducks Given Pool Party on Saturday, May 26! From 11 am-7 pm, we'll have 3 amazing DJs - DJ Dmega, DJ Greasy, and DJ Jwin - spinning all of the best party music. You'll hear a little bit of everything, from rock, pop, country, top 40, EDM, classics, and more.
Just $10 gets you access into this 21+ pool party. Reps from Malibu, Absolut, and Anheuser-Busch will be giving out all kinds of fun goodies plus samples of their latest products. All of our VIP sections are already spoken for, but if you'd like to get your group of 6-8 guests on the waiting list, send an email to kerry@partystarevents.com.
Mouthwatering Food
All weekend long (and 7 days a week after Memorial Day too) you will find the most delicious dishes coming out of our kitchens. Our foods uniquely combine the styles, ingredients, and cultures of South Florida and the Caribbean with traditional Midwestern favorites. A few of our most popular items are the famous Fried Potato Salad, Colossal Crab Rangoon, Snow Crab Clusters, Grouper Fingers, Classic Club Sandwich, and Backwater's Cuban Sandwich, but there's a LOT more on the menu waiting for you to discover them.
Dining out by the pool gives you access to the best sushi at the Lake of the Ozarks at our incredible Sushi & Asian Grill. It's everything you would expect from a Japanese restaurant, brought to you by the culinary artists from Jina Yoo's Asian Bistro out of Columbia, MO. We'll be getting into more detail about the amazing menu offered in next week's blog or you can see the full menu right now on the Backwater Jack's website. A few dishes you can expect are Edamame Hummus, Fried Rice, Garlic Noodles, both Simple and Signature Sushi Rolls, Nigiri, Sashimi, and more. YUM!
Refreshing Cocktails
One of the most relaxing things to do while you're at the Lake of the Ozarks is to enjoy an ice-cold, refreshing cocktail by the water. At Backwater Jack's, that water can be either the lake itself or our awesome pool. Between the indoor bar, tiki bar, and swim-up bar, you'll have no trouble finding a fresh drink when yours is empty. We have a wonderful selection of beer and wine, a fully stocked bar for all of your favorite mixed drinks, and of course, those amazing frozen concoctions that everyone loves so much!

This place looks familiar perhaps. This dreamy location meets real glam at the hands of the manager. It’s sophistication with a dash of bliss. At our visit to these San Francisco venues there were several highlights.
