Backwater Jack's offers an eclectic blend of food and drink, combining the styles, ingredients, and cultures of South Florida and the Carribean with traditional favorites of the Midwest. Our waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks has a menu filled with amazing appetizers, incredible entrees, savory salads, fantastic pasta and rice dishes, succulent sushi (seasonally,) and even some unbelievably delicious desserts (and an awesome kids menu too.)
Today, however, we are highlighting the fantastic sandwiches and burgers that we serve daily. All of our sandwiches and burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle, and your choice of a side. You can also choose to add cheese, bacon, sauteed mushrooms or onions for an additional charge. The delicious dishes that you will be adding those toppings to include:
