Our Succulent Seafood Mix - So Many Delicious Possibilities!
Backwater Jack's in Osage Beach offers a diverse menu of what we like to call a "Coastal Cuisine with a Midwestern Flair". In other words, we've uniquely combined the styles and ingredients cultures of South Florida and the Caribbean with traditional favorites of the Midwest.
This style of cooking includes a wonderful variety of seafood dishes at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront restaurant & bar. We serve snow crab, boiled shrimp, oysters on the half shell, ahi tuna, grouper, and more. (You'll even find the best sushi at the Lake of the Ozarks down by the pool at our Sushi & Asian Grill!)
Our Succulent Seafood Mix
We also created a succulent seafood mix made up of three delicious kinds of seafood - shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. This mixture is the main ingredient in quite a few of our menu items. Here's a closer look at how our chef's have brilliantly used this flavorful mix of seafood.
Jack's Baked Nachos
A pile of tortilla chips topped with tomatoes, black olives, onions, and then smothered in shredded jack cheese and baked. To this, we can add our seafood mix but you may also choose chicken or veggies instead.
Jack's Island Seafood Salad
Our shrimp, bay scallops, and crab meat mix served over fresh seasonal greens with tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, broccoli florets, and red onions.
Jack's Seafood Florentine Pasta
Grilled shrimp, bay scallops, and crab meat plus roasted garlic and fresh spinach served over fettuccine noodles with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.
Spicy Cajun Seafood Pasta
Sauteed green and red bell peppers, onions, and our seafood mix tossed in a spicy, rich cream sauce and served over fettuccine noodles.
Jack's Loaded Jambalaya
This dish combines our marvelous seafood mix of crab, scallops, and shrimp and adds chicken, Andouille sausage, sauteed green and red peppers, and onions. That's all tossed in a spicy sauce and served over a bed of wild rice garnished with our sweet cornbread.
Jack's Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla shell stuffed with black olives, tomatoes, red and green onions, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and your choice of our seafood mix, chicken, or veggies. This is all grilled and served with sour cream and salsa.
