Raw Deal Thursdays & Sunday Fun Days are Back at Backwater Jack's!
The 2019 season at your favorite Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant officially begins on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 11:00 am! For the time being, Backwater Jack's will be open every Thursday-Sunday, but pretty soon you'll be able to enjoy hanging out here with us 7 days a week. (And soon after that, pool time and sushi!!!)
Until then, four days is better than zero, right? To make it even better, within those four days fall two of our popular daily specials - Raw Deal Thursday and Sunday Fun Day. Those of you that have enjoyed those specialty days in the past will be excited to hear that, and if you haven't yet had the pleasure, here's what you can expect to find every Thursday and Sunday this season.
RAW DEAL THURSDAYS
Every single day we're open at Backwater Jack's is an awesome day, but we've gotta admit, Thursdays are one of the most popular. This is due to the delicious deals you'll find during Raw Deal Thursday each week. It features incredible discounts on oysters, shrimp, and wings... Oh my!
Don't worry, the wings are cooked, not raw, but they're so tasty and go so well with the oysters and shrimp, we couldn't resist including them in the deal too. In addition to those fantastic foods being available all day long at a special price, you will get $1 off all of our canned beers to wash 'em down with too. Go ahead and mark all of the upcoming Thursdays on your calendar as a day to get back to Backwater Jack's!
SUNDAY FUN DAYS
For some people, Sunday is the day you wind things down after an eventful weekend before heading back to your weekday life. For others, it's the day they join us for Sunday Fun Day after an exciting weekend and decide to extend that weekend another day!
Every Sunday at our lakeside bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks we offer discounts on Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Perfect for a little "hair of the dog" to help you recover from Saturday night. After a cocktail or two, you'll be ready to decide if you are going back to work on Monday or calling in "sick."

- Crabby Ol' Mondays - To help you avoid the "crabbiness" that seems to go hand in hand with Mondays, we'll have great specials on delicious snow crab and our famous Rum Runners and Pain in the A**'s.
- Tequila Tuesdays - Who needs Taco Tuesday when you can celebrate Tequila Tuesday instead? We'll have great deals for you on tequila shots and margaritas.
- Wine-O-Wednesdays - Calling all grape nuts... If you're a wine lover or would like to become one, each Wednesday we'll offer discounts on glasses of our house wines and even bigger discounts if you want to buy an entire bottle of any of our wines.
The long winter wait is finally over and we're ready to bring back all of the excitement and deliciousness that you can only find at the most exciting place to eat, drink, and party at the Lake of the Ozarks! We hope to see you on opening day and many, many days (& nights) all season long after that right here at Backwater Jack's.
