Gotta "RIDE" Back to Backwater Jack's for the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest 2019!

The 13th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest is coming back to town September 11-15, 2019. (That's next week!) There will be lots of fun and exciting things happening all over the lake area and quite a few of them will take place right here at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant! From awesome live music to fantastic daily specials, you've simply gotta get back RIDE back to Backwater Jack's!


Awesome Live Music
The best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks is featured on the stage at Backwater Jack's and September is packed with some of the greatest bands. You can see a full live music schedule here. During Bikefest, these are the incredible entertainers we've got lined up for you.

Delicious Daily Specials
Of course, everything on our menu is special every single day but on certain days, we offer some of our delicious dishes and drinks at special prices. With the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest taking place Wednesday-Sunday, that annual event at the Lake of the Ozarks will cross over with some of our weekly specials. 
  • Wine-O Wednesday
    Once you've parked your bike for the day, get a ride on over for this Wednesday special. You get $1 off all house wines by the glass or $5 off any bottle of wine. Perfect for sipping poolside on a cool September evening!
  • Raw Deal Thursday
    Oysters, wings, and shrimp... OH MY! We've got unbeatable prices on each of those tasty appetizers plus $1 off canned beer to wash it all down with. 
  • Sunday Fun Day!
    Sunday's a day for relaxing after an eventful week of partying. Join us for special discounts on Bloody Marys and Mimosas, and maybe catch a few football games while you're here. 

Bikefest Passport Stop
One of the highlighted events of the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest is the annual Bikefest Passport Ride. There are 24 stops on this particular run and Backwater Jack's happens to be one of them. (The best one, if you ask us, but we're probably a bit biased!) 

Passports can be picked up at any one of the participating stops. (Find a list, a map, the rules, and event details at www.LakeBikefest.com.) A $20 donation gets you one passport and if you want to make your chances to win the grand prize even better, get more than one. (It's totally allowed!)

Once you've gotten all 24 stamps, the completed passport needs to be turned into the "Official Passport Booth" at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership in Osage Beach by noon on Sunday, September 15. That will gain you entry to possibly win a new 2018 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Bob Motorcycle!

Bring Your Suit
There's still plenty of great pool weather left to enjoy a dip in the best lakeside pool at the Lake of the Ozarks. Even if the weather turns a bit chilly, don't worry, the pool's heated! You can chill out in the water and enjoy the convenience of the swim-up bar or simply lounge poolside and relax. You can still reach the swim-up bar from dry land too, plus we've got 2 outdoor tiki bars and another great big bar inside the restaurant.  
     

Fantastic Food
Backwater Jack's has 2 kitchens with 2 different menus, each featuring foods that will make your mouth water! Our main restaurant features dishes that have been inspired by the styles, cultures, and ingredients of South Florida and the Caribbean combined with traditional favorites of the Midwest. These include Seafood Nachos, Backwater's Cuban Sandwich, Colossal Crab Rangoon, Snow Crab Clusters, and more. While you're here, be sure to try our famous signature side, the Fried Potato Salad! 

Down by the pool, our Sushi & Asian Grill serves the best sushi at the Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks to the culinary masters of Jino Yoo's Bistro out of Columbia, MO, you'll find both classic sushi rolls and creative rolls and dishes that can only be found at Backwater Jack's.
