We're ready to whip up a few batches of our famous Fried Potato Salad to serve alongside your favorite Backwater Jack's dishes. All of the classics you love are back on the menu - Colossal Crab Rangoon, Grouper Fingers, Snow Crab Clusters, and more - plus some new surprises.
This year one new menu item we are adding is a Black Bean Burger for the vegans. (But you meat-lovers will enjoy the taste of that one too!) Later this spring we will be bringing back the best sushi at the Lake of the Ozarks again out by the pool. Expect that to start around mid-April.
Our talented bartenders will be whipping up all of those amazing cocktails you love sipping lakeside and poolside - fantastic frozen drinks, hand-mixed cocktails, ice-cold beer, and even some wonderful wine selections. Be sure to come in thirsty and we'll make it worth your while!
That Awesome Pool...
...won't quite be ready to open when the restaurant does, but rest assured that the best lakeside pool at the Lake of the Ozarks will be the most exciting place to hang out this summer. Once we're sure the weather is ready for it, you can relax poolside or even in the pool with a refreshing drink from the swim-up bar. Expect more of those unbelievable pool parties we threw last year to be happening again this season too.
Incredible Live Music
As always, the best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks happens on our outdoor stage, which is centrally located so that you can enjoy the talented musicians performing from anywhere you choose to sit at Backwater Jack's. If the weather ever decides to be uncooperative, we've also got a great stage indoors to move the music to. Opening weekend we'll have some out-of-this-world DJs spinning all the best party music from 8 pm-midnight, so have those dancing shoes on!
2018 is Going to be Awesome!
C'mon, everyone say it together, "I gotta get back to Backwater Jack's!" Whew... that feels good! It seems like forever since we've had the chance to hang out with all of you amazing people, and we're super excited that the 2018 season is finally here on Thursday, March 15 at 11:00 am.
