Backwater Jack’s may be known for our famous frozen drinks, but our menu items have also made a name for themselves. Our menu uniquely combines the style and taste of the Caribbean with traditional Missouri favorites. Check out these delicious sandwiches and burgers you can get the next time you visit Lake of the Ozarks’ best waterfront restaurant and bar:

Triple Decker BLT – A toasted triple-decker filled with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on wheat bread.

Ribeye Steak Sandwich – A 7 oz. ribeye charbroiled and topped with sautéed green and red bell peppers, mushrooms and onions on a hoagie roll.

Fillet of Grouper – Our own version of this delicately flavored fish. Coated in a light batter and deep fried united golden brown. Also available grilled or blacked. Served with tartar sauce on a hoagie roll.

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich – A tender center-cut pork loin hand breaded and deep-fried. Served on an Asiago Kaiser roll.

Backwater’s Cuban Sandwich – Layered slices of juicy smoked pork, sliced ham, salami, sliced pickles and Swiss cheese served on a grill-pressed Cuban roll.

French Dip – Thinly sliced roast beef with sliced Swiss cheese on a ciabatta bun with au jus. Make it a Philly by adding sautéed onions and peppers!

Chicken Caesar Wrap – Juicy grilled chicken, Romaine, Parmesan and creamy Caesar dressing in a tomato basil wrap.

Bacon, Chicken Cheese Grille – Marinated 8 oz. chicken breast grilled and topped with bacon and provolone cheese. Served on an Asiago Kaiser roll.

Jack’s Burger – A ½ pound of the highest quality beef charbroiled and served on an Asiago Kaiser roll.

Cheeseburger Deluxe – A ½ pound of the highest quality beef charbroiled and topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, bacon, and cheese of your choice. Served on an Asiago Kaiser roll.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich – Hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in our spicy Buffalo sauce, topped with pepper jack cheese and served on a hoagie roll.

Classic Club Sandwich – Toasted triple decker filled with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and American cheese on wheat bread.
