Don't let go of summer just yet! School may have already started, but we still have several more weeks of summer fun ahead of us - and the Shootout Poker Run on Friday is a GREAT example! Come join your friends at the best waterfront restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks for an awesome day on the water filled with sunshine, boating, food and drinks, and - of course - poker!

It's one of our FAVORITE annual events, and this year promises to be better than ever. Backwater Jack's Bar & Grill is excited to be a big part of the Shootout Poker Run 2015. Breakfast will be available right here at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront restaurant to help you kick-start your fun-filled day on the water.

 The Shootout Poker Run - Quick Facts
There's a lot of information on this fast-paced event! Here are some quick bullet points to outline everything you need to know to plan a Poker Run that you won't soon forget:

 Boaters can preregister online or at the auction at Performance Boat Center on Thursday, August 27th from 4:00-9:00 PM.

 The entry fee is $200 and includes: 1 poker hand, 2 t-shirts, 2 ten-dollar coupons for food/drink at Captain Ron's, 1 captain's bag, 1 DVD, and breakfast for 2 right here at Backwater Jack's Restaurant from 8:00-9:30 AM!

Participants will draw one card at each of the eight stops to complete their poker hands.

Cash prizes will be given for the best hands (1st-3rd place) and the worst hand. Worse hand must have at least five cards.

You can purchase additional hands or register additional players online at LakeoftheOzarksShootout.org.

If you visit all 8 stops, you could be eligible to win a $300 gas drawing.

All the proceeds from the Poker Run will benefit the Shootout charities.

Even if you're not going to participate in the Poker Run, feel free to come on out to the best restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks between 8:00-10:00 am on Friday, August 28th to check out all of the awesome boats that have gathered for the event.
