We've been seeing a lot of rainy days here lately at Backwater Jack's , and we're very anxious for a sunny weekend to get here. (It's in the forecast!!!) Our brand new Sushi & Asian Grill menu has been the talk of the town lately. People are absolutely loving it! It's been an amazing season at Backwater Jack's! We opened up our Lakeside pool, as well as  Backwater Jack's Sushi & Asian Grill.
