Always Fun, No Matter What The Weather Brings!
We've been seeing a lot of rainy days here lately at Backwater Jack's, and we're very anxious for a sunny weekend to get here. (It's in the forecast!!!) The wet weather doesn't stop our awesome customers from coming out to the best waterfront restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks though, because there's plenty of room inside to stay dry and still get your Backwater Jack's fix for the day. No matter what the weather decides to bring, we still find a way for you to have a great time.
Rain
A rainy day may keep you from wanting to jump into the best pool at the Lake of the Ozarks, but it doesn't mean that you have to hide inside. Sitting on our covered deck, watching a gentle rain fall over that gorgeous lake is one of the most serene and relaxing experiences you can have. You'll stay plenty dry, but still be able to enjoy the nice summer temperatures.
Storms
When that delicate rain picks up and takes a turn for the worst, no need to head home. You can still enjoy your gorgeous lake view, delicious food, and incredible drinks from our indoor dining area. It will keep you safe from the nasty weather without taking you away from the lake. You can head "inland" this winter. For now, you should be spending as much time lakeside as possible. Spending it here at Backwater Jack's just makes it that much more special.
Bright, Shiny Sunshine
Now, even though you can have a great time with us no matter what the weather, this is the type of weather that we prefer! On the sunny days, you get to experience all of those brand new additions that we've added for you this season. The great big, outdoor seating areas have lots of room for groups of every size. Even if that sun gets a little too hot, most of our tables are shaded, and you've got the cool, refreshing pool to take a dip in.
So there you go. The next time you look outside and see dark clouds, your plans to head on over to the best waterfront bar at the Lake of the Ozarks don't have to change. No matter what Mother Nature decides to throw our way, you can show up knowing that we've got a comfortable spot for you.
