We all knew it was coming. It's just about time for your favorite waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks to close out our 2019 season. Don't be sad about it. Instead, focus that negative energy into a positive desire to get back to Backwater Jack's as many times as possible before this season is over! (And of course, feel happiness in the fact that we'll definitely be back again next spring!) Closing Day 2019: Saturday, November 16 We closed down the Sushi & Asian Grill and that awesome pool after the Fall Harbor Hop in October. At the beginning of November (last weekend, actually) we reduced our hours down to only Thursday-Sunday. Both of those were signs that our final day of the season was arriving, and now we have an official date for it.  As of today, you've got 8 more days (and nights) to head on over to our Lake of the Ozarks restaurant & bar to enjoy all of your favorite foods and drinks again before they're gone...

You've been able to enjoy our  Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant  every Thursday-Friday since mid-March, but things have just gotten even better. You can now get back to Backwater Jack's 7 days a week! No matter when you get a craving for our Fried Potato Salad or one of those fantastic Rum Runners, we've got you covered! (Well, as long as it's after 11 am and before we close for the evening that is.😉)  We'll be filling that pool before you know it and every week brings us closer to opening the Sushi & Asian Grill down by the pool. Thanksgiving will be here in a few days, which has us pondering over the many different things that Backwater Jack's has to be thankful for. Believe us when we say that there are a lot more than 5 reasons to be thankful this year, but the following list sums up the big ones quite nicely.  Our 2018 Season is NOT Over Yet! Your favorite Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant hasn't closed for the season quite yet. As a matter of fact, weather-permitting, we're still open every Thursday-Sunday at 11:00 am through the end of November! It's nice and cozy inside, we've got our full menu and fully-stocked bar both available, and our weekly specials are still going strong.
