Gotta HOP Back to Backwater Jack's for the 32nd Annual Fall Harbor Hop!
It's time once again for the Annual Fall Harbor Hop! This Saturday, October 14 is your chance to take part in an awesome day on the water "hopping" from waterfront bar to waterfront bar picking up cards for a winning poker hand. Backwater Jack's will have cards for you, along with the best-tasting food, most amazing drinks, and the best heated pool at the Lake of the Ozarks. After grabbing that card, you're going to want to stay a while!
The Hop
Here's how Harbor Hop works. You begin at one of the more than 40 participating waterfront bars and restaurants on the list, pay on optional $20 donation to register, and receive the first card for your poker hand. If you want to play more than one hand, go ahead and register more than once!
You then get to spend the rest of the day "hopping" from place to place picking up a new card at each stop. Once you have a full hand of 7 cards, you'll turn it in at that final location. If you're not happy with the hand you've been dealt, you may purchase an additional 8th card for $5. As long as your final hand is turned in before 7 pm, you'll be eligible for some great prizes.
The Prizes
The dollar amount of each of the prizes depends on the amount of money raised from entrance fees. Winners will be alerted by mail, and the prizes are divided as follows:
The Best Card Stop
There are a lot of card stops to choose from, but you're definitely going to want the route you choose to bring you by the best waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks. Weekends are always better when you have the chance to eat some of that amazing food our kitchen is famous for putting out. You can even order many of our Sushi & Asian Grill menu items from the main restaurant this time of year.
Last, but certainly not least, our pool is still open through October (weather permitting) and the water's perfect, because the pool is heated! Make sure you've got your suit on underneath whatever you're wearing to Harbor Hop so you're ready to take a dip, and if you need something dry to put on when you're done, we've got some awesome Backwater Jack's sweatshirts that are perfect for a chilly fall evening.
You will need to tear yourself away long enough to make 6 other stops, but no worries, because we'll be open and ready to party once the Harbor Hop is over at 7 pm. The following locations are subject to change, so it's a good idea to check the Fall Harbor Hop website before heading out on Saturday. (We're in Section III)

- 2nd Place: 9%
- 3rd Place: 8%

- Random Drawing for 10 Hands: 2% each
- THE BONUS: In addition to the regular prize winners, a section winner will be recognized. To be eligible to be a section winner, a player must draw all 7 cards for their poker hand within one of the four sections listed below.
