All I Want For Christmas Is... a Lake of the Ozarks Vacation!
The next time someone asks you "What do you want for Christmas this year?" don't pass up the opportunity to tell them "A Lake of the Ozarks vacation near Backwater Jack's in Osage Beach!" I mean, they asked, right? No need to be shy. Let them know what you truly want and there's a good chance you just might get it!
This time of year many of you may not have a trip to our waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks at the top of your thoughts, but maybe you should. After all, the most exciting dates throughout the summer season always book up fast so it's not too early at all to reserve your favorite weekends.
Of course, the lake area has quite a few awesome things going on before Backwater Jack's opens back up next year too, so you might want to enjoy a getaway to our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront vacation rental house sooner than next spring. The "Cozy House", as we've lovingly named the rental property next to Backwater Jack's, is available year-round so you can book a stay any time you feel the need for a lake getaway.
The Cozy House
Our vacation house rental at the Lake of the Ozarks can be rented in three ways, either just the upper level, only the lower level, or both levels together. Staying at this lake view location, you'll be just 100 feet away from Backwater Jack's.
The entire house can accommodate up to 16 people. If you only need enough space for 8 or fewer guests, then you can choose to rent only one of the two levels.
The Upper Level
The upper level has four bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed,) 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a great covered deck just a few feet from the lake. It has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the dishes, flatware, glasses, and cookware you should need are there for you to use. We provide starter paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, towels, and washcloths.
The Lower Level
The lower level studio setting contains 2 bedrooms (1 has a queen bed and the other contains 3 queen beds,) 2 bathrooms, a mini kitchen, a living room, and an awesome deck with a view of all the boating action coming through the Backwater Jack's cove. There's less boating traffic to watch in the winter, but regardless of the time of year that you stay with us, the sunsets over the water are always gorgeous. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffeepot. You also get starter paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap.
