4th of July at the Lake of the Ozarks is Best at Backwater Jack's!
There are lots of things to do and plenty of places to go this 4th of July at the Lake of the Ozarks, but the best celebrations are happening right here at Backwater Jack's! Between the delicious food, incredible drinks, amazing live music, and that fantastic lakeside pool, you won't want to go anyplace else!
Zero Ducks Given Pool Party
(On a Friday!)
Yes, you read that right. It's a special Friday edition of the best pool party at the Lake of the Ozarks!
Since the 4th of July falls on a Thursday this year, we're moving our Zero Ducks Given Pool Party up to Friday, July 5 from 11 am-7 pm instead of having it on our usual Saturday of a holiday weekend. Why? Why not! It's the perfect excuse to get an extended weekend of partying started early.
As usual, this 21+ pool party will have the coolest DJs rocking the poolside stage all day long. Reps from your favorite companies will be on hand giving away samples of their latest products and passing out all kinds of goodies. Don't wear yourself out too much during the day though, because we'll have more live music lined up for you once the DJs are done. (see below)

We already told you about the awesome DJs at our Zero Ducks Given Pool Party on Friday. That's only a small portion of the best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks that we've lined up for you over the 4th of July holiday. Just in case you are lucky enough to spend the entire week before Independence Day here with us as well, we've included the early weekday performers in this list too.
Quench Those Cravings
Those pool parties and concerts are bound to work up both an appetite and a thirst in you. We've got so many wonderful ways to take care of those cravings, you can spend the entire holiday at Backwater Jack's, order something different every meal, and still have tons of new things to try the rest of the season!
Our regular menu offers a unique blend of South Florida, Caribbean, and local flavors and ingredients that create a very special type of coastal cuisine with a Midwestern Flair. A few of the made-from-scratch favorites include Seafood Nachos, Colossal Crab Rangoon, the Cuban, Grouper Fingers, and of course, our famous Fried Potato Salad.
The best sushi at the Lake of the Ozarks can be found down by the pool in our Sushi & Asian Grill. The culinary artists from Jina Yoo's Asian Bistro spend the summer here with us serving up some of their classic dishes alongside a few specialty items you will only find at Backwater Jack's.
Last, but certainly not least, we've got 4 fully-stocked bars for you to belly up to! No matter what part of the restaurant you end up hanging out in, there's always a bar close by. You'll find 1 inside and 3 outside including our magnificent swim-up bar, meaning you don't even have to get out of the water to get a drink!
As you can see, the only place you need to make plans to be over the long 4th of July weekend is our waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks! Rest up now so you can party hard at Backwater Jack's the entire time! You can sleep again after the weekend is over!
