The Upper Level
The upper level has four bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed,) 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a great covered deck just a few feet from the lake. It has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the dishes, flatware, glasses, and cookware you should need are there for you to use. We provide starter paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, towels, and washcloths.
It's always easy to find lots of fun things to do when you're at the lake but you don't have to look very hard when you spend time at the best waterfront bar & restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks! Each spring-fall, Backwater Jack's brings you delicious food, amazing drinks, spectacular live music, and the coolest pool parties. Stay right next door while you're in town and spend as much time as you can right here with us!

The Cozy House
Our Lake of the Ozarks vacation rental house can be rented in three ways, either just the upper level, only the lower level, or both levels together. Staying at this lake view location, you'll be just 100 feet away from Backwater Jack's.
The entire house can accommodate up to 16 people. If you only need enough space for 8 or fewer guests, then you can choose to rent only one of the two levels.

The Lower Level
The lower level studio setting contains 2 bedrooms (1 has a queen bed and the other contains 3 queen beds,) 2 bathrooms, a mini kitchen, a living room, and an awesome deck with a view of all the boating action coming through the Backwater Jack's cove. There's less boating traffic to watch in the winter, but regardless of the time of year that you stay with us, the sunsets over the water are always gorgeous. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffeepot. You also get starter paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap.
